Galvanic current run in reverse to saponify hardened sebum inside the follicle. It softens the plug before anything is extracted, so comedones lift out instead of being forced. This is the step that makes a deep follicular cleanse comfortable rather than traumatic.
A vibrating steel spatula that uses sound waves and water to lift debris, softened sebum and dead cells out of the follicle. Unclogs and decongests with no grit and no scrubbing.
Acids that break the desmosomal bonds holding keratinocytes to one another, so dead cells release rather than being abraded off. A room with roughly 2 metres by 2 metres of clear floor, a power outlet, and a sink nearby. We bring the table, linens, tools, products and towels. If you have a preferred playlist, have it ready.
Because skin isn't fixed. A fixed slot forces the treatment to fit the clock. We read your skin first, then decide whether today is 60 minutes or 120. You're charged the same either way.
Yes — sensitivity is exactly why the protocol isn't pre-set. Reactive skin usually gets lymphatic drainage, hydration and barrier support rather than acids or extraction. Tell us during the consultation and bring a list of anything you react to.
Three to seven days before is the best window. That's enough time for any redness to settle and for the hydration to fully show.
Free within 10 miles. After that it's $25 for 10–20 miles, $50 for 20–30, $75 for 30–40, and anything past 40 miles we quote you before confirming. It's worked out from the address you give when you book and added to your final bill, so you're never charged something you didn't see coming. Members pay no travel fee at all inside 35 miles.
Booking takes a $75 deposit, which comes off the price of your treatment. Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and it moves with you or is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, the deposit is kept — we travel to you, and that window can't be refilled that fast. Emergencies are handled like emergencies.
